What slows a term loan down

If a file hits one of these, say so upfront. It doesn't always end the conversation — but finding out late does.

  • Bank statements that do not support the revenue reported
  • Undisclosed existing business debt
  • Personal expenses running through the business account without explanation
  • Partial bank statements or tax returns — every page is needed
  • Financial statements that are months out of date
  • More than 20% of revenue from a single customer, undisclosed

Send us the file.
We'll tell you straight.
