Business Term Loan
Conventional fixed-term business financing, underwritten on financial statements and bank activity. The most document-heavy of the working-capital products, and the one where a complete file makes the largest difference.
What it takes to
get started.
Three years of business tax returns
Six months of business bank statements, all pages
Current P&L and balance sheet
Everything the file
will ask for.
Gather what you can before you apply — the desk works the rest with you. Nothing here is a surprise later.

What slows a term loan down
If a file hits one of these, say so upfront. It doesn't always end the conversation — but finding out late does.
- Bank statements that do not support the revenue reported
- Undisclosed existing business debt
- Personal expenses running through the business account without explanation
- Partial bank statements or tax returns — every page is needed
- Financial statements that are months out of date
- More than 20% of revenue from a single customer, undisclosed
Send us the file.
